- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and external factors like weather or holidays.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (continental U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (if ordered by 12 PM EST)
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental U.S.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary by location. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your jewellery, but if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contactus@zeamsil.com or call +1 448-203-1871. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
