You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • The item should have all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or damage.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email at contactus@zeamsil.com or call us at +1 448-203-1871 within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number and a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Ship It Back: Send the item back to us using the provided return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contactus@zeamsil.com or call +1 448-203-1871. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no extra cost.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as custom-made jewelry, gift cards, and any sale or clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned.

8. International Returns
